You might not be able to login to your account for a couple of reasons. If you simply forgot your password, then please click on the relevant link on the login page to retrieve your password via email.
The second reason you might not be able to login to your account is because unfortunately any purchases made on the Products Member’s domain does not synchronize with the IQ Matrix Store domain. At the moment you will need to create a separate account for each area. We will try and merge the two accounts in the future as long as you use the same email address for both accounts.
